ACCOMMODATIONS

 TIMING

Participants are expected to arrive at Constantine on Tuesday June 15, 2010 in the afternoon or the evening, and depart on Thursday evening or Friday evening according to whether or not they take part in the Friday out-of-town tourist trip.
For those coming by air, arrival at Mohamed Boudiaf-Constantine Airport will be OK as we shall provide for shuttle van from the airport to the Hotel.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Regular participants will be accommodated at the Grand Cirta Hotel in downtown Constantine. Save for the invited speakers, the fees for the 2-3 days full accommodation.are as follow:

• Participants from Abroad (Save the specifically invited ones): Single Room and full accommodation: $200
• Researchers at an Algerian University (Regular faculty member or preparing their thesis) : 6000DA
• Graduate students presenting a talk : poster or just participating (Not employed at a private or state institution): 2000DA

Note that the fees are due upon arrival.

Due to various reasons, personal arrangements for the accommodations are not recommended although possible. We doubt however that it would be more convenient that what we propose. He is still requested to register and remit a registration fee of 2000DA. Transportation between his hotel and the University will also not be assured.

Please note that participants will have to make their own provisions for personal insurance, and that the we can't cover any hospitalization fee or otherwise during their stay.

Note also that credit cards as well as traveler checks are not widely used in Algeria, and participants are expected to pay their dues and any other transaction in cash (See Info page for more details).
