The lecturers: The honoray lecturer was Dr.Yael Nazé from Liege University. We had in addition, Dr.A.Dokhane at left from Paul Scherer Institut of Nuclear Sciences at Lausanne and a honorary member of Sirius. Mr. Yoshiya Amitani at right delivered a short welcoming address in the name of the Ambassador of Japan.
